It's a "peppermint" world............

OH. MY. WORD.  I am seriously in peppermint heaven.  The only problem with my peppermint addiction is the phrase "limited edition".  On the other hand, maybe that's not such a bad thing after all.

Look what I found this week at Target.  And, no I didn't buy any.  Thankyouverymuch.  I still have quite a stash in the freezer from last year!

And, look what I found two weeks ago at the grocery store.  And, yes, I most certainly bought some.  In fact, right now, I have 8, yes EIGHT, bottles of this in my fridge.  Hey--they're good until March.  Don't judge.

And, finally, last weekend, after our very unsuccessful attempt at trick or treating in the rain, we took the kids to Chick-Fil-A in a sad effort to salvage their evening.  I tried one of these.  I shouldn't have.  They are DELICIOUS.  I can assure you with almost 100 percent certainty that I will have way too many of these before they retire to "limited edition" heaven until next year.

Jen, what do you do with the Coffee-Mate? You don't drink coffee. I'm confused.

I just got out my last bag of candy cane kisses from my freezer stockpile. Time for me to get some more!

It's time for me to break out my stash of candy cane kisses too. I can't believe I kept them all year. Now I need to restock. Another good thing is the peppermint mocha coffee at Starbucks(or whatever it is called) I like to get that every year too. Love, Mom

Not to complicate your life further...but if you haven't tried Trader Joe's candy cane oreos, you should. Warning - you may need to buy a bigger freezer.

Okay--Amie, yes I drink coffee when I can "flavor" it with peppermint mocha creamer!

Anonymous--who shops at Trader Joe's--show thyself!!! I need to know who to hold responsible for this potential addiction. The good thing is I have only once darkened the doors of Trader Joe's (too "crunchy" for me!) so I can probably make it through the entire season without having to worry about those "oreos"--which I'm sure is a generous distinction since there can't be ANYTHING at Trader Joe's that tastes as good as a true, filled with transfats, real sugar, and nothing organic whatsoever, OREO!

Some of my previous AL-G girls brought me one of those Chick Fil-A shakes when I was in the hospital after having Jonas - oh my WORD. It was the best shake I have ever had in my life!!!

By the way, I love your daughter!!!
