Fifteen years ago today, Brooke Ashleigh arrived at 4:05 p.m. I wanted a baby girl soooo badly and was sooo excited to have her! She is beautiful and talented and full of energy! Happy Birthday Brooke! We are so proud of you and we love you very much!Beautiful--as she has been since day one. Just yesterday someone told us how beautiful she is!
Really Accident Prone--as mentioned previously, Brooke tends to get hurt easily and with a frequency that baffles all of us.
Outgoing--Brooke went to camp last week with the youth group from our new church. Ninety-three kids went and when they left, Brooke knew only one other girl. By the time they returned, Brooke had 91 new friends!
Outstandingingly Talented--Brooke inherited her daddy's singing talent and his ear for ALL things musical. We can't wait to see how God uses her gifts for his glory.
Kinda messy--Neatness is not one of Brooke's strong points but we LOVE her anyway!
Effervescent--Brooke is definitely lively and sparkling!

What about her Mom's singing talent, although I am a little prejudiced. She lucked out all the way around in that gene category. Happy birthday Brooke. I wanted a girl very badly too.
