A Slow Week.......

I apologize for the lack of posts, but it really has been a pretty slow week around here. Jeff is finishing up his class for his teaching certification (yeah!!), Brooke is out of town with a friend, and the younger kids and I have been spending lots of time at the pool.

We have also been having lots of fun with Webster, our adopted dog. We are "dog sitting" for my boss while he and his family are out of town this week. We've had quite a few occasions to take Webster for walks downtown or to the fireman's parade last night, and I have quickly learned that taking Webster out is similar to having a newborn baby. He attracts quite a bit of attention! Total strangers come up to us and ask "What kind of dog is THAT?" then "Is it a boy or girl?" then "What's his name?" then "How MUCH does he weigh?" then "Oh, he's so cute!" Like I said, it's just like having a newborn!! But we really enjoy having him. He's so good-natured and great with the kids! We usually have some tears when I have to take him home!

The other big event of the week was on Monday, when Jeff and I celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary! Where has the time gone?

Just a few pictures from the past week....

Webster is "technically" not allowed on the furniture.
This is his compromise!

This picture gives you a good idea of just how BIG he is!

Still happy after 19 years!
