THE END!!!!!!!!!

We made it!! I wrote, albeit not always eloquently, for 100 straight days. And you read, hopefully with interest, for 100 straight days. What a journey it's been!

Thank you for your encouragement, your kind words, even your boldness to introduce yourselves to me at church! Yesterday, I met another person who I've never spoken to, who has been reading my blog! WOW!! It's humbling and exciting at the same time.

One final thing I am thankful for and that is the gift of words. Obviously I enjoy writing, and I've been told a few times that I'm fairly good at it. I'll let you guys be the judges of that. More importantly, I welcome the privilege and opportunity to tell you what's going on in our lives, tell you what God is doing in my heart, whine and complain occasionally, and hopefully inject some humor along the way. What would we do without words to read and words to write? Without a way to express ourselves or enjoy and learn from the way others have expressed themselves? How boring life would be without words!!!

Thanks for sticking with me. I will be back, I promise! I do plan to to take a few days off (although not 100 like I've threatened), but I'm not sure how long I'll be able to stay away! I enjoy writing probably more than you enjoy reading.

Finally, remember the bloggy giveaway! You have until midnight tonight to enter simply by leaving a comment about something for which you are thankful. You can leave comments on any post from Day 98 through today. I will post the winner--and the prize--later this week.

And, if there are any "lurkers" out there, please make yourselves known! I admit to lurking at quite a few blogs, so be brave and let me know you're out there reading. Please leave a comment. You just might win, and I will mail you the package if you do! I promise!

It's been fun folks! Thanks again!

Go ahead and take a few days off, but not too many....I don't want to have to go through "Jen withdrawl."

Congratulations!!! You did an absolutely wonderful job. While I'm here, I thought I would let you know how thankful I am for all the lovely ladies who took the time to get to know me, even though we never expected to be here long. I appreciate the community that has surrounded me, and it has made these two years much better than they would have been otherwise. Truly a lifesaver!!!

(I also appreciate you putting up with me when my grammar has always been a struggle, and my spelling isn't much better.)

Thank you for letting those of us outside your inner circle be amused, challenged, and entertained by giving us a glimpse into your lives. You truly do have a gift.

Jen, I have been stalking your blog for some time now. I really enjoy reading it. When I want to treat myself in the evenings after the kids go to bed, I catch up on your posts. I can't believe you've blogged for 100 days...that just seems miraculous to me. I can't even keep up with my laundry lately! Anyway, I'm thankful that the internet allows me to stalk people without actually breaking the law! Thanks for all your posts and for feeding my addiction. (By the way, I think my name just shows up as Melissa...it's Melissa Mowry.)

Wow!! I am impressed, but I never doubted you would make it 100 days, you have always been the type to finish what you start. I have enjoyed reading what is going on in your lives and as one who does not like to cook - I am thankful for the receipes you share, as is my family!!

I am thankful for peace that can only come from God. Supernatural peace that can bring comfort in the worst storms of life.
